Orientation Council

The Business Center is managed by an Orientation Council. Those members are  appointed for a period of three years, which could be renewed for the same term.

The Orientation Council have the authority and prerogatives to carry out all activities related to its mission, in particular:

– Determine the organization of the centers’ services and its staff,

– Adopt the provisional management and investment budgets, their financing schemes and approve any changes deemed necessary during the financial year,

– close balance sheets and management and income statements,

– Approve agreements concluded by the Centre’s General  direction,

– Authorize all transactions, acquisitions, real estate disposals in accordance with current legislation and regulations,

–  Approve programs’ contracts and monitor their execution,

– Approve activity reports

– Submit to the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises for approval of any program of intervention likely to promote, guide and improve the quality of investment,

– Accept all donations and bequests,
Fixe the use of the centers’ availabilities,

– designate a chartered accountant enrolled with the Chartered Certified Accountants to audit its accounts.
