Administration Board

The Business Center is managed by an orientation council whose members are appointed for a period of three years which can be renewed for the same mandate.

Prerogatives of the guidance council
The orientation council is invested with the most expected prerogatives to accomplish or authorize all operations relating to its mission and in particular:
– Establish the organization of the center’s services and its staff,
– Finalize the forecast management and investment budgets, their financing plans and authorize all modifications deemed necessary during the budget year,
– Finalize the balance sheets and management and income accounts,
– Approve the agreements concluded by the general management of the center,
– Authorize all transactions, acquisitions and disposals of real estate in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force,
– Finalize program contracts and monitor their execution,
– Approve activity reports
– Submit for approval to the Minister responsible for small and medium-sized enterprises any intervention program likely to promote, guide and improve the quality of investment,
– Accept all donations and legacies,
Determine the use of the center’s availability,
– Designate a chartered accountant registered with the order of chartered accountants to audit his accounts.
